No more onboarding by SMS

Due to an ARCEP—Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et des Postes (French regulatory authority for electronic communications and postal services)—decision, automated responses to even voluntarily sent SMS expecting an automated answer are no longer allowed.
That breaks numerunique's onboarding system via SMS.
Of course, SMS spam or spoofing remain unaffected by that decision.
Progress sometimes feels like it's going backward.
